"We weren't even looking for a Realtor. My wife and I were still mulling over our plans, when a friend referred us to Tina who we thought was a person who only staged houses. Tina did ultimately stage our house (beautifully in fact), but as part of selling our house in record time.

We were motivated sellers, as we had already moved and our old house was sitting empty. Tina moved fast! She brought us sales history and current listing information to support our pricing decision, staged our house, arranged for house cleaners and repairs, found new updated lighting fixtures, and just generally accelerated every aspect of our sale. Good thing too, as we accepted an excellent offer two days after we had signed with Tina, and we closed escrow 37 days later. Through her personal relationship with the other Agent, Tina had sold our house four days before our scheduled open house.
